Thrown away by mistake: one snowy mountain!
Yes, believe it or not, it is possible to throw away a snowy mountain! In this case, it was actually a famous painting of a snowy mountain by artist Cui Ruzhuo. Apparently, the painting was sold at an auction in China for about £2 million but when it came to handing it over to the new buyer it was discovered missing! According to the CCTV footage from the owner’s apartment, it was possibly thrown away by mistake by the cleaner; it had been left by the side of some other materials and possessions that were supposed to be thrown away so we guess they thought it was for the rubbish tip! And that isn’t the only time something like this has happened either, here in Britain, at the Tate gallery, a cleaner accidentally threw away a bag of rubbish that was actually part of an art exhibition! Or how about the nurse who threw away a kidney!
